Your clinic's advertising is
probably breaking AHPRA rules.
The September 2025 National Law amendments banned testimonials, before/after images, and drug names like "Botox" from all cosmetic clinic advertising. Most Perth clinic sites, ad accounts, and Google Business Profiles haven't caught up. AHPRA enforcement is active. We audit every channel, fix what's non-compliant, then run paid and organic campaigns that fill your consultation calendar.

Naming "Botox" on your treatments page is an AHPRA advertising breach
The September 2025 National Law amendments banned Schedule 4 drug names, testimonials, before/after images, and price advertising for scheduled treatments — across your website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Business Profile. Penalties include registration conditions, fines up to $30,000, and referral to a health tribunal. Most clinic sites we audit fail on at least three counts.

How we fix it
Every service is built around the AHPRA compliance framework. We do not run ads that put your registration at risk.
AHPRA Compliance Audit
We check every advertising channel against the September 2025 guidelines. You get a written report with a RAG status for every item and exact copy rewrites for anything flagged red. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
AHPRA-Compliant Google Ads
Google Ads campaigns built within the September 2025 guidelines. Treatment category language, compliant headline templates, restricted keyword avoidance, age-gating where required. You keep running ads. Your registration stays clean.
AHPRA-Compliant Meta Ads
Meta advertising carries two compliance layers: AHPRA guidelines and Meta's own health advertising policies. They don't always align. We build campaigns that satisfy both — Reels, feed, and story placements.
Clinic SEO
Local and national SEO for treatment queries: "lip filler Perth", "anti-wrinkle injections near me", "cosmetic clinic Subiaco". Patients searching these terms are ready to book. We put you in front of them.
Lead Nurture Sequences
Most clinic enquiries don't book on first contact. Email and SMS sequences built for clinic booking rates — not generic sales funnels — re-engage and convert the ones who need more time.
Monthly Performance Reporting
Cost per booked consultation, cost per enquiry, and revenue attribution by channel. Tracked in your RockingWeb portal. Every dollar of ad spend accounted for.
ClinicPipeline Packages
Three tiers matched to where your clinic is right now. No lock-in contracts. Pause or cancel with 30 days notice.
One extra filler appointment per week at $400 a treatment covers the Growth retainer 3 times over.

ClinicPipeline FAQ
What changed with AHPRA advertising in September 2025?
The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law amendments that took effect September 2025 banned testimonials and before/after images across all advertising for regulated health services. This includes cosmetic clinics run by or employing registered practitioners (doctors, nurses, dentists). The changes also tightened restrictions on substance names and price advertising for scheduled treatments. Our AHPRA compliance audit covers all seven advertising channels the guidelines address.
Can cosmetic clinics still run Google Ads after the AHPRA changes?
Yes. Google Ads remain fully available to cosmetic clinics. The restrictions apply to the content of your ads and landing pages, not to the advertising channel itself. Compliant ads use treatment category language ("wrinkle relaxer treatments" instead of specific substance names), focus on consultation booking rather than outcome claims, and link to landing pages that do not feature before/after imagery or testimonials. We have built AHPRA-compliant Google Ads campaigns for seven Australian cosmetic clinics.
What is the penalty for non-compliant cosmetic clinic advertising?
AHPRA can issue compliance notices, cautions, conditions on registration, and in serious cases refer matters to a tribunal. The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law allows fines of up to $30,000 for advertising offences by unregistered practitioners. For registered practitioners, non-compliance with the advertising guidelines is a registration matter. The practical risk for most clinics is not the fine but the disruption of an AHPRA investigation and the reputational exposure.
Do you work with clinics outside Perth?
Yes. We work with cosmetic clinics across Australia. Our advertising management is fully remote. The AHPRA compliance framework is national, so our audit and campaign approach applies regardless of your clinic location. Perth-based clinics receive priority scheduling.
Can you run Meta Ads for cosmetic clinics?
Yes. Meta advertising for cosmetic clinics is allowed with two separate compliance layers: AHPRA's advertising guidelines and Meta's health advertising policies. The two do not always align. Our Meta Ads campaigns are built with both in mind. We avoid ad content that triggers Meta's health-related ad review while staying within AHPRA's treatment description rules.
How long does the compliance audit take?
The initial compliance audit takes 3–5 business days. We review your website, Google Ads account, Meta Ads account, Google Business Profile, and any other active advertising channels. You receive a written report with a RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status for each item and specific copy rewrites for anything flagged red. Foundation and Growth clients receive the audit in month one, included in the retainer.
Find out what's non-compliant before AHPRA does.
We audit every advertising channel — website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile — and tell you exactly what needs to change. Written report in 3–5 business days. No obligation.
