A work unit is our measure of effort. A bigger request uses more work units than a small one. Every request gets an estimate before it starts, so you always know what you are spending.
Can I roll unused work units to the next sprint?
Rollover is covered when we agree your plan, including any cap on how many work units carry forward. Ask about it on the discovery call.
What happens if I need more work units in one month?
We'll tell you and agree the options with you before any extra work starts, such as adding capacity or pulling work forward from next month.
Can I submit any type of request?
